The MICANVAS events have created a buzz around the MICA campus and B-schools across the country. The case studies and the strategic questionnaires have persuaded participants to #ReThink their marketing knowledge and execution strategy.

The competition Dialectica was conducted– the ultimate debating competition in which the finalists went head to head on whether voting should be exclusive and not universal or not. Team ‘Ultimate Pfaff’ comprising of Vinay Jain and Archit Majumdar showed their intellectual and communication prowess to bag Rs. 30,000 prize money.


Topline Group, China in association with MICANVAS launched Huawei Annual Biz Challenge 2018 in which Team Thunder comprising of Aman Bansal, Akanksha Sharma and Richa Butala from SJMSOM, IIT Bombay won a cash prize of Rs. 1,25,000 and a sponsored trip to China. They will be visiting the manufacturing facility of Huawei, the world’s No. 2 smartphone manufacturer, and also have an opportunity to interact with the management of Topline and Huawei.


The MICANVAS community was excited to attend the workshops by FilterCopy which engaged students on the ideation and writing process involved in making good content. The FilterCopy team has seen enormous success with their webisodes on YouTube and are extremely popular amongst the student community.


MICANVAS reached a pinnacle with these events and provided a holistic opportunity to all the participants to understand the new ideas in strategic marketing and communication.
