Workshop on Online Share Trading through Demat Account
GLBIMR in association with Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) organised a workshop on “Online Trading through Demat Account” on November 18, 2016. Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR shared that Mr. PulockBhattacharji, Vice President, BSE Institute Limited was the Chief Guest of the event ,Mr. Ashish Goel, Vice President, Elite Wealth and Mr. VikramLuthra ,COO Elite Wealth were invited as key resource person for conducting the live session on share trading through DeMat account.
Dr. Makkar welcomed the guests and encouraged the students to learn the intricacies of online share trading through Demat Account. She advised students to make full utilization of this workshop and learn the basics of online trading which will help them in developing a habit of planning their investments.
The expert trainer Mr. Ashish, helped students to open their Demat account and shared with them the importance of trading in market terminal. He also shared about the liquidity and volatility aspects of the trade. Mr. PulockBhattacharji felicitated the students with the certificate for the outstanding performance in 30-Hours BSE certification on Basic course on Stock Market, which was conducted by BSE at GLBIMR, Greater Noida campus. This workshop provided the real time knowledge of stock trading and other financial instruments and it will open the whole new opportunity to the students in the domain of financial market in India and Abroad.
