All aspirants who sit for CAT to get admission in the management institutes of the country anxiously wait for the institutes to release their cut off lists to know whether they have made it further rounds of the admission process or not. IIM Indore, established in 1996, is one of the elite management institutes in the country, getting admitted to which is a matter of immense pride for the aspirants. Therefore, al aspirants who gave CAT wait in anticipation for IIM Indore to come out with its cut off list.
IIM Indore Eligibility
All candidates who wish to apply to IIM Indore should carefully note the eligibility criteria laid down by the institute:
The candidates must:
- Have a valid CAT score
- Be a graduate in any field with at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam
IIM Indore Cut off 2018 and 2019

The candidates should clear both the sectional as well as the overall cut offs.
Reservation Norms
As per the Government of India norms, out of the total seats available, 15% and 7.5% of the total seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST), 27% of the total seats are reserved for non- creamy layer-other backward classes (NC-OBC) candidates and 3% seats are reserved for Persons with Disability (PWD). This is subject to the candidates fulfilling all other IIM’s admission criteria.
IIM Indore Selection Process
Once the candidates meet the cut off, they will be shortlisted for further admission rounds, namely the Written Ability Test and Personal Interview. All candidates who clear the cut off will be considered for calculation of the composite score. The composite score is calculated after taking the following factors into consideration:
- Past academic records (class 10 and 12)
- Gender Diversity Factor (GDF)
- CAT Scores
