In his inimitable style of address Mr Narayana  Murthy,Chairman Emeritus,Infosys Limited  enthralled audience with his  motivational ideas and gave word of advice to passing out students  at  the 19th Annual Convocation of FORE School of Management, New Delhi , held on Tuesday, 8 May 2012

He gave a wakeup call to students, “You have to play a professional role. In our country where 20% youth is uneducated you must be thankful to your parent s, teachers and your country. As an educated person it is your duty to share greater responsibility with greater opportunities. Learning is constant process and that will give you new ideas “

As professional, you must ensure that India makes sufficient progress. Dream for India to compete with the best at global scale. Peaceful mind does not fear so be growth oriented with fearless mind but inculcate peaceful ideas.

To do list for you is : Benchmark yourself, lead by example, be honest, be secular and don't be cynical

Need of the day is to achieve excellence, Open mind is sign of confidence which you have to nourish. Build high aspirations as that will ensure growth. Mahatma Gandhi aspired big for the freedom of India hence; we are enjoying the fruits of Democracy.

Use data for every argument that will create base for the best execution. Don’t get emotional and execute your plan as per decision.

Take actions, build opinion, and learn humility that’s really very important for all of us. Turn yourself to entrepreneurship from job seeking and job hopping.
Ensure that next generation remembers you as a leader; be happy as it is only happy mind that will ensure growth, become role model for next generation, Good luck !
