True to its title, SIBM Bengaluruchurned out future leaders who, with their performance and calibre, bagged pre-placement offers in companies such as JP Morgan, Dell, Genpact, Fidelity Investments, Capgemini, Puma among others. In addition to the regular recruiters, SIBM Bengaluru hosted several first time recruiters such as Bharti AXA, Mercedes Benz, Maruti Suzuki, HDFC Group, British Telecom, Bisleri, IBM, Honeywell and Airtel for final placements and summer internships.

The batch of 2014-16 witnessed a huge array of companies lined up for internships mostly dominated by the sales and marketing domain. Our regular recruiters once again showed immense confidence in the students by offering them key profiles in significant numbers followed by a host of new recruiters who actively participated in summer placements. Based on roles, the top 4 segments were sales & marketing, human resources management, finance and other niche profiles in the operations domain.
