The SNAP 2019 exam is less than 24 hours away and there is absolutely no time to waste. Around fifty thousand students are expected to write the SNAP 2019 exam in December 2019 across 102 cities in India.

Usually, students primarily focus on sections such as English, Quant, DI and Reasoning; and the General Awareness section remains the most neglected one. But what many students miss is that General Awareness section can be a scoring one and would take no more than 10-12 minutes if you know the answers.

In case you have been regular with the current affairs and have your notes in order please revise through them thoroughly. For those who are still waiting for the magic dust to trickle over, the time to read newspapers and magazines is gone. So, we will straight away jump on to the areas you need to brush up, without beating around the bush.

Here is all you need to know and keep in mind:

  1. The SNAP 2019 General Awareness section will have 25 questions. The break up is as follows:
    1. Normal Questions (MCQs) are 20
    2. Special Questions (TITA or Non MCQs or Key In) are 5

  2. The marking scheme is different for special and normal questions. There is negative marking applicable for all types of questions. It is 25% of the actual correct score. It is as follows:
    1. Normal Correct Answer: +1
    2. Special Correct Answer: +2
    3. Normal Incorrect Answer: - 0.25
    4. Special Incorrect Answer: - 0.5

  3. The questions are only based on Current Affairs from last two years. So you should brush up the current affairs from January 2019 till December 2019 for the SNAP 2019 exam

Last Minute Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Brush up your notes for all the four sections
  2. Have a good night’s sleep and wake up fresh on Sunday
  3. Keep your admit card and photo-id proof a night before carefully
  4. Reach the exam centre at least 2 hours before the SNAP 2019 exam starts.
