Since its inception, FORE School of Management has strived for providing quality management education to the students. The objective is the transformation of the students by enhancing their qualitative and quantitative skills. This transformation to produce budding managers for tomorrow is achieved through various factors like International Immersion Programme, Pedagogy, Personality Enhancement cell and other activities.

Pedagogy

FORE School of Management has faculty members from national and international institutions, industries to impart right knowledge and awareness among the students to reach their untapped potential. Various senior corporate professionals are invited from time to time to portray the real picture regarding managerial practices, market opportunities and challenges with the students to deepen their understanding of the corporate world. FORE has consistently evolved curriculum meeting the requirements of the industry.

International Immersion Programme

Students must be well equipped not only in terms of skills, critical and logical reasoning but also in international exposure to enrich their educational experiences. ‘International Immersion Programme’ at an international location is designed in collaboration with leading universities. In the year 2015 and 2016 the International Immersion Programme was held at Nanyang Business School, Singapore. The purpose was to expose students to the business environment and industrial practices of Singapore. It propels students for professional and personal growth.

Recent Accomplishments

FORE School of Management in association with Associate Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) organized the Summit on “Transforming Lives through Education and Innovation” on July 25, 2017. Dr. Jitendra Das, Director, FORE School of Management received the “BEST B-SCHOOL OF THE YEAR” Award from Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey, Hon’ble Minister of State for HRD (Higher Education), Govt. of India in this event.

It has a large alumni network spread across the globe. Venturing into the foreign land of Singapore, an event was planned by the FORE Alumni Network. Various illustrious faculty members and distinctive Alumni marked their presence at the event making it a success. The success of the event laid down a path for such future Alumni meets.

Placements

The Personality Enhancement cell is a committee determined to prepare students for placement season. Interactive discussion sessions for GD are conducted aligned with the kind of topics companies carry out at the time of placement. Feedback is also given to the students so that they can strengthen their weaker areas.

FORE has an excellent placement record. More than 100 companies participated in the placement process for the year 2016 – 2017. Highest Domestic Salary: Rs 18 Lac Average Earning Potential: Rs 9.4 Lac. 95% of the recruitment drives were on campus and 5% off campus. Various PPOs and PPIs were offered by the organizations such as Genpact, Zycus, Explorars, L&T Financial Services, United Biscuits.

In the rapidly changing environment, it is essential to be at par with the current market trends and knowledge-driven growth based on innovation to transform. Innovation at the teaching level translates into learning in the classroom. This transformation comes with innovative techniques such as updated curriculum and international exposure, industry-oriented teaching practices.
