Symbiosis International University has announced the SNAP 2018 Results on 10th January 2019. The national level entrance exam for admission into the 15 institutes that are a part of Symbiosis International University and other institutes, took place on 16th December 2018 at around 92 centres across India. The SNAP results are available for download online from the SNAP official website. The candidates who applied for SNAP 2018 would know whether they have qualified for further rounds in the admission process or not through their SNAP results.

The candidates can download their SNAP results by following the given steps:
- Visit the official website and login through the SNAP user id and password
- Access the SNAP Score Card with the help of the login details
- Print or download the SNAP Score Card
SNAP Score Card
Once the candidates access their SNAP score cards, they would see the following information printed on the score card:
- SNAP ID
- Name of the candidate
- Admission Category
- Sectional Scores
- Overall Percentile
- Shortlist Status
- Candidate’s Signature and photograph
- SNAP conducting authority stamp

Shortlisting Criteria
- Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Exercise, Written Ability Test and Personal Interview based on their overall SNAP percentile
- Cut offs will be displayed on the website of the respective institute
- The final merit list will be prepared after factoring in the performance of the candidate in each admission round, as per the following division:
- SNAP Score(scaled down to 50)
- Group Exercise (10)
- Personal Interview (30)
- Written Ability Test (10)
- The final score a candidate gets out of 100 will decide whether he/ she makes it to the merit list or not.
Validity of SNAP Results
The SNAP Results are valid only for a year, within which the candidates are expected to use their scores to take admission, else they will have to register for SNAP again next year. For candidates, who appeared in SNAP 2018, the validity of their scores will run until 31st December 2019.
Post SNAP Results
Now that the SNAP 2018 result has been declared, the aspirants should brace themselves for the next round of the admission process. The following points need to be kept in mind:
- The shortlisted candidates of SNAP 2018 will participate in GE-PIWAT to seek admission in any of the 15 Symbiosis institutes.
- The candidates must attend all the components of GE-PIWAT to eligible for admission. Absent candidates shall not be eligible while preparing the final merit list.
- A shortlist of candidates will be prepared after the completion of all the rounds of the admission process. The final merit list will factor in the SNAP score, performance in further rounds and the overall profile of the candidates.
