SOIL Institute of Management,  is a business school offering management programs designed around experiential learning, design thinking, liberal arts and industry exposure. Its flagship 2-year PGDM program is designed to develop future-ready business leaders through a combination of core management education, hands-on learning and multidisciplinary exposure.

For the 2027–29 batch, the PGDM is a 24-month full-time program located at SOIL’s Manesar, New Gurgaon campus. The program allows students to build expertise through majors and minors across areas such as Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Operations and Analytics.

• Global Immersion Program-Intensive International Study Tour for students to equip them with a global perspective.

• Social Innovation Program-Students gain further practical knowledge, as they study, analyse and work with NGOs to create business plans for income generation, draft innovative funding initiatives and so on. The program truly coalesces academic theoretical knowledge with the practical world.
