SOIL follows a multiple cycle model to accept maximum applications for the program and to arrive at a better shortlisting of students for a quality program batch. The cycle dates given below are subjected to change based on the admission committee’s decision.

Our application process requires you to fill in an online application form by your chosen application deadline. You will be required to provide the admissions committee with the following
SOIL shortlist students based on the following criteria. We shortlist students considering their overall profile going beyond the academic scores. The following key aspects are looked at during a shortlisting exercise.
A hands-on, activity-based session built around the Design Thinking process. The students will be taught about the process of design thinking and the ways to practice and implement the learning. The students will then carry out the 5 key processes of design thinking namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test their solutions to a problem. The personal interview round will follow the design thinking workshop
Interviews with short-listed candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry. Interviews last about 45 minutes and you will be asked questions about your background and your aspirations, and how the MBA program fits with your plans.
Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates within four weeks of taking the interview. After your interview there are three possible outcomes:
Once a student registers for the program by paying the initial fees of INR 2,00,000, the student is eligible to apply for PGDM Scholarships. The program office will get in touch with you to offer you the option to apply for scholarships. The available scholarships to students are
