Although DILR section has been created in CAT 2021 but you need to be clear on fundamentals of Logical Reasoning also. In this section mixed bag of 32 questions ( DI + LR ) will have to be answered in 60 minutes.
Time is opportune to be ready with LR to be successful in CAT 2021 which is being conducted in November 2021.
Logical Reasoning (LR) will be a test for your logical conclusions and you must not assume for answering questions in LR
