The focal point of FORE School of Management, New Delhi is to provide a pool of high-quality students for the corporate for selection. The Institute has a placement team to aid students in the placement season. The placement team has a responsibility to identify the student fit organizations, the Placement Team chooses, targets and welcomes organizations for Final and Summer Internship Placements.

Highlights:
- FMCG sector is known for offering high salaries. The highest offer this year was a PPO with a FMCG company where the potential CTC is Rs. 21 Lacs per annum.
- For Placement season 2015 – 2016, HUL undertook not one but two recruitment drives and selected multiple students in a confirmation band of Rs. 15 Lacs plus.
- For Placement season 2015 – 2016, Cognizant made four offers of Rs. 14 Lacs plus.
- For 2012 – 2013, Two International Job offers accepted by the students. Similarly, for the batch of 2012, there were four International Placements.
PPOs and PPIs
Students intern as a part of their programme curriculum. Through internships they get a platform to showcase their classroom learnings and the opportunity to learn too. This also facilitates the possibilities for PPOs and PPIs based on their performances during their internships, a method to seize the talent before the final placement process.
PPIs are interviews that an organization takes for the students who have interned with them, which may change over into a PPO. FORE School of Management has witnessed a steady response from the industry each year for considering young managers for PPIs and PPOs.
Summer Internships-2017: FORE has seen a jump in recruitments as well as remuneration offered to students of batch 2017-19. Key recruiters: Deloitte, KPMG, HUL, Nestlé, Asian Paints, Gartner, GEP, Tata Capital, Piramal Fund Management, Decathlon and many more. Highest Stipend Offered: Rs. 1.5 lakhs.
Designations Offered
The students at FORE get a variety of roles from multiple functional domains. Apart from excellent placement record there are variety of roles students have bagged such as in sales and marketing domain students were offered Territory Manager - Sales, Inside Sales Account Manager, Associate Product Manager, Business Development, Management Trainee, Pre-Sales Consultant, Sales Leadership Trainee, Sales Specialist, Sales Trainee, Senior Management Trainee-LEAP etc.
In Finance domain students were selected for the positions of Senior Manager–Risk Services/ Partnerships, Associate Consultant, Analyst, Assistant Manager, Sr. Business Analyst, Management Trainee, Senior Analyst, Senior Management Trainee-LEAP, Financial Analyst, Deputy Manager - Commercial and Business Banking, Relationship Manager etc. Rest of the domains offered position such as Consultant, Pre-Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Management Trainee, etc.
