This award means a lot for me as I diligently invest around 10 hours on regular bases on scholarship and publications. This is the result of consistent hard work which I have undertaken in the last 8.5 years (post PhD). It is very challenging as a scholar to manage quality and quantity in research projects. When these efforts are appreciated and recognized in our country, it makes me blissful. I feel motivated and inspired. I am delighted that in India scholars are appreciated for their diligent work.
