Brandscan is an exclusive market research event conducted by the students. It is a method to gain consumer insights to yield quality research reports. It’s executed by disguised games ensuring genuine and unbiased responses. The intent is to know how the consumers behave regarding products. The disguise acts as a catalyst in identifying the true choices of consumers. The research fair is well organized and conducted. It is a carefully structured event - a perfect mix of dance performances, rock bands, fashion shows, statistics needed for the research data. The purpose is to record the responses - how the products will fare in the market and form strategies for the same.
Learning is More Effective When it is Live - Finance Lab
With rapid technological advancement, it is significant to sync with changing times. TAPMI has set up Finance Lab as they focus highly on the experiential learning. It gives students the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the financial world. The students are given a certain amount of money to invest in the market. The lab is well equipped with Bloomberg terminals and supported by the data feed from BSE and NSE. This represents their initiative to provide a platform to perform and interact with real data.

The core objective is student growth in terms of leadership skills. Students are evaluated through psychometric tests to identify transformational leadership capacities. The next step is to strategize the transformational leadership behavior enhancement plan to instill or enhance the key drivers requisite for leadership. Various techniques and methods of renowned psychologists like Sigmund Freud, Henry A. Murray, and Lewis Goldberg are used to decipher multi-layered human psychology and behavior.
