TAPMI Manipal Admission Process

The stage II of TAPMI admission process consists of Moderated Group Discussion (MGD) and Personal Interview (PI).

1. Moderated Group Discussion (MGD): Moderated Group Discussion tests the ability of the applicant to interact within a group and enrich the discussion. MGD also evaluates applicant's skills in Problem Solving, Confidence, Assertiveness, Persuasion, Collaboration and Communication.

2. Personal Interview (PI): Through the personal interview TAPMI evaluates the applicant's overall attitude and suitability towards management education, including aspects such asSelf- Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Leadership and Communication.

*TAPMI makes suitable changes every year in the MGD/PI process to select bright and deserving candidates. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about changes for 2023-25 admission process, if any, well in advance.

  2. PGDM and PGDM-BKFS begin with a 12-day primer program. It focuses on the basics of accounting, finance, stats, excel etc.
