IIM Udaipur Admission Criteria

Indian Institute of Management Udaipur was established in 2011 by the Government of India. Situated in a culturally rich city, IIM Udaipur promises an environment where history meets the future. It offers the following programs:

1. Two-Year Full-Time Post Graduate Program (PGP)
2. Post Graduate Program in Management for Executives (PGPX)
3. PhD
4. MDP for Women Entrepreneurs
5. Summer School for Future Leaders in Development

IIMU Admission Criteria: PGP 2019-21 Program

1. The batch size for PGP 2019-21 is 260 students.
2. The eligibility is the same as CAT 2019 eligibility criteria, i.e. have a Bachelor’s degree with 50 percent marks or be a final year student with the required percentage.
3. The admission process for IIMU PGP 2019-21 consists of the following rounds:
   1. CAT 2019 exam
   2. Personal Assessment (PA) consisting of WAT and PI rounds.

Note: IIM Udaipur participates in the Common Admission Process (CAP) along with nine other IIMs namely IIM Bodh Gaya, Jammu, Kashipur, Raipur, Ranchi, Rohtak, Sambalpur. Sirmaur, and Trichy. IIM Ranchi will coordinate CAP 2019.

4. The CAT 2019 cutoff is the selection criteria for shortlisting for Personal Assessment:

The weightage of CAT 2019 score is 55 percent.

5. IIM Udaipur prepares the final merit list using the CAT score and not the CAT percentile.

CAT Score = CAT Score of Individual Candidate/ Maximum CAT Score of IIMU Applicants (only)

6. The final merit list after the CAP 2019 process is calculated based on the below weightage of various rounds

IIMU Admission Criteria: PGPX 2019 Program

1. The PGPX 2019 program is a 15-Month executive program with a specialization in Global Supply Chain Management.
2. The PGPX 2019 is in collaboration with the prestigious Krannert School of Management at Purdue University in the United States.
3. The program is divided into four parts:

4. The eligibility criteria for the PGPX 2019 program is:
   1. Minimum 10+2 years of school education
   2. Minimum 4 years of university education with a Bachelor’s degree
   3. GMAT or GRE Score
   4. Proof of proficiency in the English Language – TOEFL or IELTS score
   5. Relevant work experience of a minimum of 36 months as of 30th of November 2018
5. The admission process for the PGPX 2019 program is divided into two parts:
   1. Part 1 – Candidates are shortlisted based on eligibility criteria (as above) and screened via an interview at IIM Udaipur.
   2. Part 2 – Candidates who clear the first part can then complete the application form for MS Course at Krannert School of Management, Purdue University. Following this, they are called for an interview, and final offers are rolled out.
