Since post MBA entrance exams, most of IIMs and Top MBA Institutes are conducting WAT ( Written Ability Test ) to check language skills which can't be developed overnight hence, practice matters a lot.
Please read following topic on WAT and develop your own skills: All the effort in the world won't matter if you're not inspired
It’s a common belief that creative people, such as artists, poets and musicians need the inspiration to come up with their best compositions. Inspiration stirs them to create something beyond the ordinary. What is true for creative minds is also true as a general principle. One needs to be inspired to complete a task effectively.
Inspiration is that source which drives you to do or create something. It is that force which enables you to fulfil a task effectively and more importantly not give up in the middle. A person who is inspired will be in a better position to fight the tough moments in life rather than a person who lacks inspiration as such a person will find no motivation to carry on and will give up easily.
Even the most cumbersome of tasks becomes bearable if a person is inspired. This is because an inspired individual will find a way to enjoy the work and complete it despite the task not enthusing him/her. On the contrary, a person who lacks inspiration will not be able to focus on a task, especially that which does not interest him/her, despite putting in all the effort. This is because sometimes what’s needed is that extra bit of motivation to lift your dwindling spirits up. An inspired person has that extra bit of force behind him/her which makes the difference.
Being inspired to accomplish a particular task or do well in life generally, leads to growth and success. An inspired person will keep pushing the envelope and testing his/her limits. A sense of alertness and positivity will fill his/her life at all times, leading to the desired results.
Inspiration can come from any source, both external and internal. External sources of inspiration would mean being inspired by someone or by anything in your surroundings. Sometimes, a random chat with a complete stranger might trigger thoughts in your mind, which when internalised and reflected upon might lead you on to great things. Inspiration can also come from within. One may use the experiences that one has had to be inspired from. Your dreams can be a source of inspiration too.
An inspired person will look at the world differently. He/ she will be better equipped to sail through the uncertainties of life. A person lacking inspiration might get intimidated by the challenges of life and lose conviction.
Since inspiration can strike you at any time and at any place, you must keep your senses open at all times and be aware of even the minutest occurrences happening around you. All your efforts might not yield the desired results if you are not inspired.
