Only performers will survive

IIMs and top B schools do conduct WAT also along with GD & PI.

Written Ability Test or Academic Writing Test or Written Analysis Test (WAT) has become a tool to test MBA aspirant on assessing overall communication skills and personality hence, it is also equally important and crucial component of MBA admission selection process.

Develop points for discussion and read WAT topic: “Only performers will survive”

It is universally accepted philosophy that those who perform well remain winners on each and every attempt of their initiatives. Non-performers are hardly cared. They are not respected because they are assumed as bad players of the game in work life.

If such is the feel about performance level then you must think over all the factors keenly to come at concrete solution about the initiatives taken. Winning habit can’t inculcate in an individual if there is lack of planning and failure to complete tasks.

The idea is that you should be a person who showcases mature attitude through keeping in view the importance of doing things and fixing errors meticulously. High performance would ultimately ascertain the growth prospective.

Give performance prime importance when taking the initiatives. Is an attempt a brisk one or thoroughly planned? Keep even minutest of factors into consideration while deciding to bring big change in life and to attempt bigger for that. Value the time and resources to ensure that every successful attempt would prove rewarding only if there is thoroughly strategic performance.

Failing in the performance means, your wings are cut and success is far off from your reach. The clear cut concept is that following work order and an effective approach for the model performance would yield positivity so your success is ascertained.

Keep evaluating the factors to come at the right direction. The proven fact is that performance is matter for survival because it offers good means for you to win and remain in the path of progress with each and every step leading you at the right stage to win.

Be a difference maker by ensuring that you are the one who believes in performance and nothing else. Win a race of life by turning every single step into the contested affair for which approach towards everything must be associated to professional and personal matters and should be dedicated to success.

Performance is matter of survival because you witness that non-performers fail in everything. Those perform well get what they want. In many cases performers get more than they would have actually wished.
