IBSAT Application Form 2024: Important Dates

Candidates can fill their application form for IBSAT 2024 by two ways-

1. Online
   1. The online form can be filled on the official website https://admissions.ibsindia.org/ once they are available online.
   2. When a candidate registers online, he/she will receive an email with the “Application Number” and “Password”.
   3. Candidates must register using the Application Number as their Login ID and then pay the application fee online.
2. Offline
   1. You will receive a voucher with an application number and voucher number (under the scratch area) which will be the Login ID and password.
   2. Candidates must login using above details and then reset password immediately and continue filling the application IBSAT application form 2024.

After logging in successfully using either of the two methods, the procedure to fill the IBSAT application form 2024 will be the same. The details are as follows:

1. Profile

Fill in all your personal details on the first page –

1. 1. Name
   2. DOB
   3. Gender
   4. Citizenship
   5. Address
   6. Email ID
   7. Phone Number

Verify all information and click on Submit. If you wish to make any changes, please click on “Back” or “Proceed” as per the status of the application form.

2. Past Academic Record (PAR)

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria for IBSAT 2024 and select the program they want to apply for through the IBSAT 2024 exam. The eligibility requirements are on the website (online) and behind the voucher (offline). The programs offered are:

Fill in details for your PAR as per the below details:

1. School/Intermediate

Board, Year of Passing, % Marks, Medium, Mode of Study

1- The aggregate percentage should be rounded off to the nearest digit

2- Mention the medium of instruction. 

2. Graduation

Title, Duration, Year of Passing, % Marks, Medium and Mode of Study

For those still in the final year must mention the likely YOP and aggregate for the semesters completed till date.

3. Graduation Details

University Name, College, State and City

Verify all information and click on Submit. If you wish to make any changes, please click on “Back” or “Proceed” as per the status of the application form.

3. Selection Process

Candidates who have qualified based on IBSAT 2024/ GMAT^TM /NMAT by GMAC ^TM /CAT/XAT score are called for the selection process during February/March 2025. The selection process comprises Micro Presentation and Personal Interview.

4. Photograph

The photo should be a good quality (full-face view) passport size photo in .gif or .jpg or .jpeg of less than 25Kb and preferably 140 to 160 pixels.
