ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad conducts IBSAT exam 2021. It is a constituent of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (a deemed to be University) under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. There are NINE campuses all over India and offers two management programs:

IBSAT Eligibility Criteria 2021: Important Points

  1. Age Limit
    1. There is no age restriction for writing IBSAT 2021 exam.
  2. Educational Qualification
    1. The minimum years of education should be 15 years (10+2+3 years or 10+2+4 years)
    2. Candidates must have 3-4 year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline can apply from any recognized university in India.
    3. The minimum qualifying marks should be 50% or more.
    4. Students in Final year of their graduation can also apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements like practical examinations, viva and assignments before May 31. 2021.
    5. The candidate’s medium of education in graduation must be English, else should submit IELTS/NELT/TOEFL exam on or before May  2021.
  3. Nationality
    1. Only citizens of India are eligible to write the IBSAT exam 2021.
    2. The exam be only be conducted in India, across 80 cities and 94 exam centres.
  4. Work Experience
    1. There is no prior work experience mandatory to apply for MBA/PGPM program.
  5. Attempts
    1. A candidate is eligible to write the IBSAT exam 2021 as much number of times. There is no restriction on the number of attempts.
  6. Scorecards
    1. Candidates who have valid CAT / GMAT / NMAT score can also apply directly for MBA/PGPM programs

IBSAT Eligibility Criteria 2021: Reservation Policy

  1. There is no relaxation under age, educational qualification or course fee for candidates applying to ICFAI Business Schools.
  2. For the non-ICFAI schools that accept the IBSAT 2021 score, candidates need to verify directly from the official website of the college.
  3. There are no reservation of seats for the reserved categories – SC, ST, OBC or PH.
  4. There is no management or NRI quota.
  5. In order to get admission under any of the IBS colleges the candidates must fulfil all mandatory eligibility requirements.

What is bare minimum eligibility requirement for IBSAT 2021 exam?

A candidate must have minimum 50% marks in graduation. In addition, the medium of instruction must be only English.

Does IBSAT 2021 exam have any exemptions/exceptions?

In order to get admission into any one of the nine IBS campuses, candidates can skip giving the IBSAT exam 2021 and directly get a call for GD and PI rounds if they have a valid CAT 2021, NMAT by GMACTM 2021 or GMAT score with them. The last date for applying with these scores is January 2022
