Points to Keep in Mind while Filling your XAT 2025 Form

The XAT 2025 registration window is going to close in almost three weeks from now. Here is a quick look at some of the important things you need to keep in mind.

1. Important Dates

1. Last date for XAT 2025 Registration: First week of December 2024
2. Last date to change the XAT TEST City preference (only once):December 2024
3. Admit Card Download: Third week of  December 2024 
4. XAT 2025 Exam: 5^th January 2025

2. XAT Credentials

1. Please use a valid email id to register yourself at www.xatonline.in.
2. Ensure you keep your XATID and Password safe and regularly login to your account to check the important announcements.
3. Make sure the mobile number you use is correct and valid.
4. Note:
   1. Please check the spam folder in case you do not receive the XATID and Password within 24 hours of registering.
   2. Add xat2023@xlri.ac.in as trusted source.

3. Important Details

Any detail you fill in your XAT 2025 form is crucial and must be authentic.

1. Please ensure you enter all your personal information correctly while registering for XAT 2025:
   1. Name
   2. Date of Birth
   3. Phone Number
   4. Address
   5. Email Id
2. While filling personal, academic and/or professional details keep your relevant documents handy. Be it your academic score or work experience or your parent’s names, everything should be spelt and entered correctly.
3. The information you enter under ‘Basic Info’ CANNOT be modified once you have registered.
4. Note:
   1. Use the ‘Edit’ button to change the information entered before finally submitting the form.

4. Test City Preference

1. You can select up to 4 test sites in decreasing order of preference.
2. Until November you can edit the XAT TEST City only ONCE.
3. You cannot make changes after the registration window closes.
4. Note:
   1. Always choose your hometown or city closest to your hometown as the first preference.

5. Connectivity

While filling the XAT 2025 form, please ensure you have the following:

1. High-Speed Internet connection.
2. Internet Explorer (9 or above), Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or above, Google chrome 3.0 or above with java script enabled.
3. Note:
   1. Always try to fill your form during the wee hours of morning or night, since the traffic will be moderate and delays will be less.
   2. Always use a secured terminal to fill the form since you will be doing payment as well.

1. The XAT exam fee  November 2021 is INR 1700.
2. The XAT exam fee with late fee is INR 2000.
3. The payment options available are:
   1. Debit Cards - RuPay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro
   2. Credit Cards
   3. Internet Banking
4. The XAT and XLRI exam registration fee are non-refundable.

5. Note:
6. 1. In case there is no E-Receipt generated, it means there has been a payment failure. You will have to repeat the process again by reclogging in.
   2. Please avoid pressing the back or refresh button while registering; it could lead to double payment.

8. Choice of Programmes

1. You can register for the XLRI programme by filling the XAT 2025 application form and paying an additional fee of INR 300.
2. For XAT affiliated colleges please check the respective institute’s website.
