The announcements on the XAT 2023 official website says - “The Candidate Score Card for XAT 2023 will be live. Click on ‘Login’ to Check”. The result for XAT 2023 will be in the form of a scorecard as of now. The XAT 2023 cutoff will be released separately by XLRI and other XAT associate institutes. XLRI and other XAT 2023 participating institutes will contact the shortlisted candidates shortly.
Some facts related to the XAT 2023 exam are:
- The XAT 2023 will be conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur
- The XAT 2023 exam was conducted in 100 exam centers across 46 cities in India and around 75000 students registered for the XAT 2023 exam
- There were 99 questions in the XAT 2023 exam
- The XAT 2023 score is accepted by 11 XAMI members including XRLI Jamshedpur and 150 XAT associate institutes
- The XAT 2023 scorecard will be available for download on www.xatonline.in

XAT Result 2023: How to Check Result
Candidates can follow the below steps to check their Results of XAT exam 2023:
1. Go to the official website www.xatonline.in
2. Login using the XAT ID, password, date of exam and security code
3. Check and verify the XAT exam result 2022
4. Download the XAT 2023 scorecard.

XAT Result 2023: Scorecard
Please verify the XAT 2023 scorecard once you view your XAT exam 2023 result. It contains the following details:
- Name of the Candidate
- Gender
- Address
- Date of Birth
- Test Details: Date of Test and XAT ID
- Validity of XAT 2020 Scorecard (usually end of current year)
- QA, VLR and DM Percentage and Percentile
- Total (QA, VLR and DM) Percentage and Percentile
- GK Percentage and Percentile
- Note to Candidate
Please Note: A duplicate XAT 2023 scorecard can only be issued by paying INR 300 with a demand draft drawn in favour of XLRI Jamshedpur payable at Jamshedpur.
XAT Result 2023: Result Validity
The XAT 2023 result is valid only for one year. The candidates can use their XAT 2023 score for XLRI Jamshedpur, 10 XAMI members and other 150 XAT Associate Institutes for the 2023-25 academic session.
XAT Result 2023: How to Calculate XAT 2023 Raw Score
The XAT 2023 raw score is calculated only for Part 1 which consists of QA, VLR and DM section.
XAT 2022 Raw Score = (Number of Correct Answers * 1) – (Number of Incorrect Answers * 0.25) – (Number of Un-attempted^ Questions * 0.1)
^ For more than 8 un-attempted questions in Part 1 only.
XAT Result 2023: Things to Remember
- Transparency: XAT conducting authority is very transparent.
- NO 100 Percentile: XAT calculates its percentile such that the student getting the highest score gets a percentile of 99.9+ instead of 100
- NO Negative Percentile: There are no negative scores give as per the score normalisation process in XAT 2022
- Duplicate Scorecard: In an event of losing one’s XAT 2019 scorecard candidates can get a duplicate card for INR 300 from XLRI Jamshedpur
XAT Result 2023: Selection Process
GD/PI/WAT: After clearing the XAT exam 2023, students are shortlisted for further rounds of GD, PI and WAT. Candidates must clear all these rounds in order to make it to the final XAT 2023 merit list. The final selection will be done by March-April 2023.
Participating Institutes: Apart from XLRI top institutes like XIMB, XIME, IMT, Great Lakes, TAPMI, SPJIMR accept the XAT 2023 score

XAT Result 2023: Cutoff List
The XAT 2022 cutoff list will be individually released by the XRLI and other XAT associate institutes. The XAT 2020 score can only be used for selecting students for post graduate or fellow programmes in management.
