XAT Admit Card 2026, How to Download Hall Ticket

Dear XAT 2026 aspirants, here is the complete know-how about the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2026 Admit Card. The admit card of XAT can be downloaded from the official website of XLRI (Xavier School of Management) http://www.xatonline.in/

 The XAT 2026 Admit Card downloading starts from December  20th, 2025 until the exam date. Candidates can download their admit card of XAT online once they complete and submit their XAT 2026 application form.

Please follow the following instructions after you register for the XAT 2026 exam and download your XAT hall ticket 2026:

1. XAT IDand password will be sent to you via email after filling the basic information in the form
2. Keep your email id (provided at the time of registration) and XAT ID with you at all times, as all future communication will be done w.r.t. these two
3. Changes in XAT exam center can only be made once before November 2026 and no changes can be made to the XAT exam center once allotted in the XAT admit card 2026
4. Please keep at least 2 copies of your XAT admit card 2026 with you
5. Candidates can download their admit card of XAT 2026 only after successfully completing their registration and fulfilling the eligibility criteria
6. The candidature is “purely provisional” and can be cancelled at any time by the XAT conducting authority if candidates do not fulfill their eligibility criteria
7. The candidates must paste a recent and (preferably) same photograph in their XAT hall ticket as used in the XAT application form 2026
8. Candidates must sign in the space for signature on the XAT hall ticket in front of the invigilator
9. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam center after the XAT exam 2026 starts. Please note the reporting time and exam time on your hall ticket for XAT 2026
10. Candidates must keep blue and black ink ball pens for signing and filling the OMR sheet and rough work
11. Please DO NOT carry Bluetooth, beepers, calculators, electronic or digital diary, mobile phone or microphone with you to the exam center. Your candidature will be cancelled.

1. Photograph Missing: In case your XAT admit card 2026 does not have your photograph or signature printed carry the following to the XAT test center on the day of examination:

• XAT 2026 admit card
• Payment proof for XAT 2026
• XAT 2026 confirmation page copy
• 2 passport size photographs
• Photo ID proof along with 2 copies of the same.

2. Forgot Password: In case a candidate forgets his/her password you can reset your password:

• Go to login page
• Click on ‘Forgot Password’
• Enter registered email id
• Check for the password reset email sent to your email id
• Click on the link and reset your password.

Please verify that the following details are printed correctly and clearly on your XAT admit card:

• XAT ID 
• Password
• Name of the Candidate
• Exam Date
• Test City
• Reporting Time
• Demo Exam Time
• Exam Time
• Name & Address of the Center
• Candidate Photo 
• Candidate Signature

Following space will be blank:

• Space for recent photograph (paste the picture beforehand)
• Candidate Signature (sign in front of the invigilator)
• Invigilator’s Signature 
• Invigilator’s remarks (in case of any discrepancy observed in photograph)
