CAT score will be applicable primarily for 13 IIMs viz; IIM-Ahemadabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Indore, Lucknow, Kozhikode, Ranchi, Kashipur, Rohtak, Raipur, Trichy, Shilong and Udaipur.
Since IIMs are the premier Management Institutes of India hence, common admission test (CAT) is supposed to be the toughest.
Objective of conducting CAT is to select the best candidate with qualitative skills; later on having been shortlisted CAT aspirants will have to face GD & PI wherein the soft skills like communication & attitude will be tested.
Like previous year this year also more than 2 Lac CAT aspirants are likely to register.
