What is the number of rooms in Glitz apartments?

I. The apartment is 23 storey building and there are 45 rooms on third floor.
II. The number of rooms on each floor is equal.

Answer with solution

c is the answer

From statement I: We don’t have information about
the number of rooms on the other floors except on
the third floor. Hence, statement I alone is not sufficient.

From statement II: Number of floors as well as
number of rooms on each floor is not known. Hence, statement II alone is not sufficient.

From statements I and II: Both the number of floors and the number of rooms on each floor are known. Hence, both the statements together are sufficient.
